Leah Swan

Leah has grown up travelling on Adventure Canada expeditions. Her first trip was at eighteen months with her mom, Alana and her Papa Matt, in the lower Hudson Strait on the M/S Explorer—“the little red ship."  Her fondest memories are picking up rocks along the tundra and sitting in the porthole in the captain’s mess with Captain Kenth Grankvist.  Growing up in the family business has shaped her love for the ocean, and she spends as much time as she can near water.

Leah is attending St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario and taking Early Childhood Education. She is excited to work in the gift shop on board during the summer months and getting to travel with many of her family members, meeting new guests, and exploring new places!

When Leah isn't travelling, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, tending to her indoor plants, acquiring more plants, and most recently, she has developed a passion for making jams!
