Sustainability & Impact Report

Accountability in Motion

We operate in some of the most elemental, remarkable, and rapidly changing places on Earth, and we recognize both the privilege and responsibility that accompany that role.

Each year, we publish a Sustainability & Impact Report to examine how our values translate into action. This report reflects our belief that meaningful progress begins with honesty—about the impacts of expedition travel, the trade-offs inherent in our industry, and the challenges ahead.

Sustainability is ambitious work. It requires balancing environmental responsibility with educational purpose, navigating complex supply chains, and working in partnership with the communities who host us. Stating our commitment is not enough. What matters is measurable progress, transparency, and a willingness to be held accountable.

The 2025 report offers a clear look at where we stand today. It outlines our environmental performance, operational improvements, and social impact efforts.

Why We Share This Work

As a small, family-owned Canadian travel company, we know our impact is shaped not only by what we control directly, but by the partnerships we cultivate and the standards we set for ourselves. We share this report openly—with our guests, our team, our community partners, and our broader network—because accountability strengthens trust.

We welcome dialogue. And we remain committed to the ongoing work required to travel more responsibly, more transparently, and with greater care.Â
